Consultation Call

Let’s get to know each other! The purpose of the consultation call is for us to become more familiar with each other’s brand. I’ll ask you about your motivations, goals, and what content you’re looking for to help level-up your business.

After the call, I will send out a contract and we’ll start the planning process! **50% deposit upon booking

Brand Discovery & Strategy

To create your customized photoshoot package, I will dive deep into your brand. This entails a metric overview and a few more questions that will allow us to get the content you need. I’ll also put together a content calendar that best fits your goals.

From there, I can start bringing your vision to life through our collaborative mood-board.

Styling & Details

We’ll translate our ideas to visual aids, my favorite part of the process. Using a mood-board, I’ll create a detailed shot list that I will send to you twice over for feedback and approval. The final steps before the big day will be to advise you on wardrobe, location, and prop details - ensuring every aspect of your shoot is nothing short of flawless. This is the time for any and all questions!

Photoshoot Day

The moment we’ve all been waiting for and that your clients will thank you for. This day is all about you! Every detail will be checked over and confirmed so that you can relax and enjoy it to the fullest.

Best believe we’ll get behind the scenes so your audience will see just how much fun you are to collaborate with. We’ll have plenty of dynamic options for you to choose and can pull content from.

Final Gallery Delivery

One week post-shoot and upon processing of final payment, I will send you a semi-edited gallery preview to choose your final images selections from. Any feedback is appreciated and will be considered.

Approximately one to two weeks after your gallery preview is delivered, your final images and edits will be accessible. Get ready to WOW your audience and secure that dream client!

FAQs

How long will my images take?

Clients will have access to a personalized gallery with full edits 2-3 weeks post-shoot. I appreciate your patience!

What happens if I need to reschedule?

Your deposit is non-refundable, however in the case of a reschedule both the client and myself will work together to find a new shooting time. I do ask that client only cancels in case of emergency, and to be notified at least 3 days in advance. If you are late the day of the shoot, there will be an additional charge of $20.00 for every 15 minutes you are late to the agreed upon session time. That charge will be accredited to the final payment. *There will be no charge for the first 15 minutes late if notified at least 3 hours beforehand.

How should I prepare for my consultation call?

During our call, I will ask you a series of questions about your vision, aspirations, and dream audience. In preparation, clients should gather this information as well as any key elements personal to you and your brand, such as identifiable color schemes and logos.
